All Points Intelligence: Scope and Limitations

All Points Intelligence products are designed to help you think clearly, identify blind spots, and build an actionable plan. They may include checklists, frameworks, and “issues to flag” for you to discuss with your licensed professionals.

  • Reports may include assumptions based on the information you provide; incomplete inputs can affect usefulness.
  • We may provide general comparisons and planning considerations; we do not provide individualized legal or tax advice.
  • You should independently verify any “must-get-right” items (immigration eligibility, tax residency triggers, legal compliance, etc.).

Important: Immigration, residency, and citizenship pathways can change with little notice. Always confirm current requirements with official government sources and/or licensed counsel.

Privacy and Data

Data Minimization

Provide only what you are comfortable sharing. If a question feels too sensitive, you may leave it blank unless it is required to complete your purchase or deliver the service.

Security Note

No system is perfectly secure. Avoid submitting highly sensitive information (e.g., account numbers, full SSNs, or passwords) through forms.

Purchases, Digital Products, and Refund Policy

Most All Points Guide products are digital goods and/or customized services. Unless a product page states otherwise:

  • Digital products: All sales are final once delivered or downloaded.
  • Questionnaires/reports: Because work begins after submission, fees are generally non-refundable once work has started.
  • Corrections: If you spot an error we made (not a change in facts), contact us and we’ll correct it reasonably.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dime Group LLC and All Points Guide shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of this site or any content/products, including (without limitation) financial loss, denied applications, missed deadlines, or decisions based on information that later changes.
