Visa Solvency Requirements 2023

Temporary Residency: In order to obtain a temporary residency visa, you may need to demonstrate either a monthly income of approximately $3,300* USD each month over the last 6 months (although some consulates request statements from the last 12 months); OR, savings/investment/401(k)/IRA account(s) balance(s) of $52,000* USD over the last 12 months.

Permanent Residency: In order to obtain permanent residency by proving financial solvency, you may need to prove that you have monthly income of approximately $5,400* USD each month over the last 6 months. It is important to note that some consulates request proof of income over the last 12 months, OR, savings/investment/401(k)/IRA account(s) balance(s) of approximately $208,000* USD over the last 12 months.
